Should have excellent subject knowledge for IITJEE (Mains and Advanced) and NEET syllabus.

Under general direction, provides counseling in the areas of admissions, academics, student services, program selection, and career planning-related counseling.
Skills & Abilities-Good English language ability.
Good English Communication Skills. Ability to speak clearly and articulately.
Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition and Patience.
Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organization.
Ability to multitask.
Preferred – Having experience in Credit card/Loan sales/Insurance.
