  • There are 30 questions from each subject (20 MCQ + 10 numerical), 90 questions in total. Out of these 30 questions in each section, candidates need to attempt any 25 questions from each subject i.e. from 90 questions in all, the candidate needs to attempt 75 questions in total.
  • For MCQ-type questions, each correct answer will be given +4 marks and for each incorrect answer, -1 will be given. No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.   • The total marks for JEE Main Paper 1 are 300.
